Using the ladle, fill the 2 cork of molds with the chocolate. When it is already full, empty its excess back to the chocolate's bowl. The inner molds must be coated evenly with the chocolate. Wipe the molds' lip for it to be clean then place it upside down in wire rack over the baking sheet for it to be drained. When the chocolate started to be hardened, this will take for 5 minutes, a wide pastry of scraper should be used for the edges from each of the cavity to be cleaned. Doing this thing is important for the reason that when chocolate sets, shrinking and retracting occurs from the different sides of its mold. Having clean edge can keep from sticking as well as cracking it as shrinking occurs. The mold can be placed in your refrigerator for about several minutes. This can help of hardening the chocolate. Place the cream as well as the champagne in the small saucepan then heat mixture for it to boil. Pour a hot champagne of mixture in chopped chocolate as well as the corn syrup. Blend them till it will become smooth having an immersion of a hand blender. Pour now the marc de champagne as well as the butter then blends it until it will become smooth using the hand blender.
